Because of relocation we are eager to sell, however in the meantime we are taking VACATION RENTALS.

The Charming Cabin of Harbor Country is located within and on the Lakeside Cabins Resort. This 16 year thriving premier resort is located on Warren Woods Road, near and west of Warren Woods State Park. 

Between Union Pier and Three Oaks, MI.

Only 2 miles to the beach.

Please you must read on to see all the amenities the resort has to offer. Hint: 2 heated pools, lodge/game room, themed weekends, crafts, holiday celebrations, full basketball and sand volleyball courts... and more..Just think about it - what do you (kids) do when the Lake Michigan water is too cold (or too rough) or when it is raining!?? Never have that issue at this resort! And The Resort is gated!

This is truly an affordable* maintenance free cabin resort located on a full amenities gated resort. While it is cabin-y on the outside, inside it is very light, bright and decorated neutrally. TURN KEY.

(Furniture was all bought from department stores, not the manufactured home supply)

Full galley kitchen, tons of storage. Living area opens directly on to 400+ square foot screened in porch.  Quality outdoor sofa, wing chairs and table.  Half door to grill, so never leave the porch. Long screened in gangway to second screened in porch off master bedroom.

Master bedroom (main floor) queen mattress (quality dept. store mattress,) TV, 2 closets and plenty of drawers. Sliding doors out to 2nd smaller porch.

Two upstairs sleeping areas: One area enclosed, quality twin mattress, 3 small windows, drawers.

2nd loft area has two twin beds, small set of drawers.   

 Kids will love sleeping in the loft areas, one enclosed and 2nd larger loft could easily be closed in too, though is totally charming as is!

Note: The Resort and we have a 6 person maximum for vacation rentals.

*Affordable, as of June 2019 in Harbor Country only land and couple homes  in the town of Three Oaks were selling at a price point under $115,000.  Nothing under that price is in New Buffalo nor Union Pier.

The resort, Lakeside Cabins Resort, is a well established and popular 16 year resort (same management.) It is truly unlike any other in SW Michigan. Please see below for a listing of resort activities, events, amenities and offerings.

There is no property tax. Truly maintenance free, the resort does all the upkeep. The resort has biannual dues. Just pay for your own electric use and propane(stove & hot water.) No cost for water.

​

Very importantly, as the resort is bustling with activities and amenities, please realize the Charming Cabin is located in a very tranquil area of the resort.  So partake in all the resort has to offer (see listing below) and still enjoy the serene and natural beauty outside your door step (open expansive field, please see details )

And on the other side, main porch, there are lake water views!!!!

There are only 6 cabins in our section and none directly next door --this is a big deal on such a resort!
